Location and staff excellent
The bedroom was small and cramped.( the junior suite) Bathroom had no place for toiletries No executive lounge existed, as stated, in the description if you were in a ‘junior suite’ Looked onto a brick wall, for $750/ night
Location was perfect and room was lovely and cosy.
Lovely hotel - customer service was exceptional, particularly loved how we were provided with a list of personalised tips and recommendations when we enquired prior to arrival. Victoria was lovely to deal with!
Great location to all the museums and other attractions. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was just fantastic and my favourite thing to start with was a ginger shot.
Beautiful hotel. Very trendy and chic, but quiet. Amazing location, close to everything, most importantly the metro station. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
The a/c never worked properly which wasn’t awful because we just opened the sliding glass door to get the beautiful breezes. Never could get the fancy Bose sound system to work but that may have been user error

I was graciously upgraded to the penthouse. While they have very high standards for it, they located it - and the bed - right next to the elevator shaft, which means that you get 0 sleep because you hear the elevator...in the middle of the night! The mattress was too soft. The gym is 400m away. While it's fully equipped with showers, etc, it's not convenient (a) because of the weather, (b) in case...Read more

The carpet was very dirty and stained.
Tastefully and stylishly decorated, exceptional location, outstanding staff and the room is always perfectly cleaned and stocked.
