Staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful, we had to cut our stay short due to airport strikes the day we were due to leave but they staff were amazing in helping us get the booking amended. Pros (+) Our stay at Chateau Royale was very enjoyable. The rooms are beautiful, as is the bar and breakfast room. It is a reasonably priced, sophisticated hotel that is both cozy and elegant at the same time.

Pros (+) Location was great, even in quiet Mitte. Easy to get to where I needed to be. Room was plenty spacious and amenities were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival.

Pros (+) The location was good, the rooms a good size, the bar lounge area was wonderful which we used daily for our family of 5 to meet up and relax in. The staff was very kind and helpful.
