Very nice Hotel, great rooms, very clean and a perfect view over the village and the valley.
The floor at the indoor pool is very slippery

Wonderful staff, modern spa area with a real Finnish sauna, great views from the balcony
Drinks were not included in the dinner(not even water). Sauna is only open in the afternoon.

Fantastic view and location. Fantastic dinner at the hotel (6 course dinner included) Very helpfull and kind staff at the hotel Great terrace outside where you can enjoy the view with a glas of Lugana. Good parking space (free) Good WIFI
Decor in the rooms are outdated Spa needs an updated The hotel fitness is to small and cramped (3 machines) No A/C in the rooms TV in the rooms are to small
Spacious and clean room, amazing views of mountains, nice pool and great service. We had the dinner package for €25 for about 5 courses, and it was really good food. Breakfast was also nice. Mara was at reception when we arrived, served dinner, and did the checkout. She always had a smile on her face and was extremely helpful.
It was almost perfect, the furniture in our room was a bit dated but it was still a nice room as the eyes were drawn to the amazing views.

Excellent food, friendly staff.
Our expectations of the booked suite weren't quite matched by the apartment with kitchenette that we received. Limited number of rather tight parking spaces.
