Pros (+) We really enjoyed the wonderful room and breakfasts as well as convenient access to downtown attractions at this hotel in Vienna. The staff did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. Their hospitality will be remembered as one of twelve stays on our extended European Tour which was inspired by the Oberammergau (Germany) Passion Play!

Pros (+) superbly located, room was modern with some fabulous touches and unbelievable view, complimentary sunglasses was a nice extra, breakfast was very good, huge array of choices and superb view from dining room, staff were friendly and efficient
Cons (-) like all hotels bath towels are far too small, suitable for children but nowhere near big enough for full grown adults, a campaign needs to start to get Hotels to start using proper sized towels
