Pros (+) Localisation is perfect and the view for the bay is lovely. Still, good value for money in Dubrovnik. Breakfast is ok.
Cons (-) Hotel is pretty old, rooms are pretty old - renovation is really needed. No cleaning during 4 nights stay. Strange voice in air-conditioning even when it was totally off, it was really disturbing during night.

Cons (-) Getting to the hotel involves a somewhat sharp staircase and there is no elevator. Also, the hotel is not directly accessible by a taxi.

Cons (-) The location had 3 major faults. One, the address provided by Booking.com is completely wrong and I had to walk over 200 steps to get to the hotel. Two, the hotel has no parking, false advertisement by Booking.com, the nearest parking lot is 1/2 mile away. Three, there is no car access to the property and a long walk with 60 steps are required to get to it.

Pros (+) So many charming things about this place. Really loved the peaceful location and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was great and patio in the back has an outstanding view. Loved it all!!
