Tranquil location, welcoming and helpful staff, large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen with dining table, and small balcony table overlooking the valley. Amazing resort built onto the ruins of an old "borgo" destroyed by the 1997 earthquake in Umbria

Super friendly and competent people. Location as advertised which means remote from any noise but close to Spello, Assisi, etc. When I booked via booking.com I booked an apartment with a terrace/ long balcony which seemed to be bright and which had aircon. When we arrived we didn’t get what we avoided as apparently booking.com shows only sample rooms. This was news to me as I book a lot via bookin...
The place was full of families with little kids - so the pool is not a quiet affair. Lots of crying kids, splashing, jumping, water ball, diving - we are out of that phase in life already. But great place for little ones.Read more
Gallano was an abandoned village before the recent restoration. It is absolutely stunning. Benny, the resort's keeper, can tell you the story of every stone there, and Letizia at the Front Office will ensure your journey is unforgettable. Two big and nice pools, one of the best restaurants we found in the area and a fantastic view of the Umbrian countryside. Couldn't recommend it more warmly.

A well and beautiful renovated resort in the heart of Umbrie. Great location
No Airco, loud noises from the restaurant until 2am, you here everything from your neighbours, including crying children at 6am. If you want to sleep, ask for a app. far from the restaurant
