The setting was seriously beautiful, beautiful food, beautiful rooms

the localization, the spa staff, the food, the breakfast.
the staff on reception told us the wrong time of the breakfast, they didn’t know anything about 24h room service. room service came missing olive oil, salt, bread, ice. improve room service
a real sense of luxury when you arrive. very tastefully done.
not much really
Overall an excellent stay.
Plumbing in the shower can use some maintenance. Staff in the restored can be a bit less
Paradise in the heart of Tuscany. Both the service and the hotel exceeded our expectations. You can't miss the Poggio Rosso restaurant, the spa and their electric bickes to enjoy the surroundings. A stay of at least 3 days is a must!
We loved our stay at this place! Wonderful atmosphere all around with super friendly and helpful people. Makes you feel at home immediately.
Service was amazing, staff trying to accommodate my family with small child in anything. Wonderful place to come, we will be back!
Borgo San Felice is a small village. The grounds are stunning. The suit we had was very comfortable and charming with a lovely garden in the front. Above all were the hard working men and women at the 2 restaurants and the hotel, who are professional and courteous in the most welcoming way. Bravo !
