All of the staff were fantastic and extremely obliging. They smiled and made you feel like you were part of the family. The pool was clean and not crowded and there were plenty of sun lounges and towels. Meals particularly breakfast were a treat and there were so many excellent selections.

I LOVE this property. Every detail of the design is exquisite. Down to the clothing on the staff. Everything is stylish and elegant. I didn’t want to leave the property. I ate at one of the excellent restaurants and O spent hours lounging in the pool. The claw foot bath tub, bath products, balcony overlooking the pool and the price… hostels cost more

Better than many 5-star hotels we have stayed in. Excellent facilities, excellent breakfast and large comfortable well appointed rooms. Staff were wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. Very highly recommended.
Nothing we can think of - keep up the good work!
From the moment you check in, you feel special. From the palatial entrance, the welcome drink, the incredible staff...not a bad thing about this hotel. We ate in the 4th-floor restaurant 3 nights out of the 5 we stayed there. The service Henry gave us was impeccable and the food delicious. We are wishing we had extended our stay there!
It was very clean and comfortable. The location was central for us to move about. The team is so welcoming. The restaurants for dinner served really good food. Thomas our guide during the stay was exceptional. Taught us how to appreciate the local cuisines. Really a very welcoming lot that made us feel at home. Fantastic hospitality

The staff were very kind and professional. The property was beautiful.
The staff at Borei Angkor Resort were so very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent also - a large gym, large rooms with very comfortable bed and beautiful swimming pool. The selection of food at breakfast included all types of tropical fruits and there was a great mix of Asian and western food also. The cappuccinos were also excellent. From the point of walking through the door the staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. They went above and beyond what you should expect and were always there to help. It was difficult to tell how full the hotel was, but it always seemed quiet and uncrowded. Breakfast was excellent with lots of western, eastern and local choice.
It would have been useful to have a facility to hang washed clothes on the balcony.
