The staff were very kind and professional. The property was beautiful.
The staff at Borei Angkor Resort were so very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent also - a large gym, large rooms with very comfortable bed and beautiful swimming pool. From the point of walking through the door the staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. They went above and beyond what you should expect and were always there to help. It was difficult to tell how full the hotel was, but it always seemed quiet and uncrowded. Breakfast was excellent with lots of western, eastern and local choice.
It would have been useful to have a facility to hang washed clothes on the balcony.

Top floor restaurant unusable as air conditioning not working. Room was very hot for several hours,after arriving
The staff are fabulous, the Khmer style decor is stunning, the whole place is spacious and there is a calm atmosphere throughout. The service is very personalised.

Superb breakfast choices, a great pool and poolside bar. The tuk tuk rides around the city are great fun (and a good way to cool down!)

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a large variety to offer to everyone. Was excellent. The pool was lovely to swim in. Can’t say enough how friendly and helpful the staff were.
The shower in our bathroom kept flooding the floor. Was also a problem in our daughters’ room. The doors wouldn’t seal shut properly and would also overflow whilst showering. Not much you could do about this problem unless shower unit redone/redesigned?
It was a beautiful, grand hotel, with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very well situated and good value for money. It had a lovely big swimming pool and poolside bar, and the breakfasts which were included in our stay were very nice.
Music was played around the pool from when breakfast was served at 6am until the bar closed at 11pm and we found it too loud and not very relaxing. We were also a bit disappointed by the food we had on two evenings in different restaurant areas in the hotel.
