Comfortable and well-located hotel with great facilities. Friendly and helpful staff made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its location and facilities.

- The rooms and bathrooms are in need of renovation soon. It's showing its age. Although they put effort to keep everything clean, but for example the old sofa had stains, the door could not be closed completely (had gaps) and there were not enough electric sockets in the room - Bathroom was very big, but was dark. Spacious room, good air conditioning, helpful staff, and a lovely swimming pool for relaxation after sightseeing. The photos are accurate. Many tuk-tuks are nearby.
This hotel is absolutely incredible! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The manager is really involved, organizing fun activities based on what we like and need. They even check the weather and give us advice on what to do. And the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Oh what a fantastic hidden gem in Siem Reap! Beautifully maintained with super friendly staff. Lush grenery around the pool made it feel like I'm in very expensive secluded resort.
There was a damp smell in my room but with AC and fan it didn't bother me very much.
The hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The room and facilities were fantastic and the cleanest we’ve had in Southeast Asia. We’ve enjoyed our stay and appreciate the good value for the quality.

Construction work going on next door, hence their current cheap rates but they do not warn you of this. They are very loud and lots of drilling which causes alot of dust, making it unable to sit around the pool at times. Bathroom was a little disappointing

Unfortunately heavy and noisy works on the other side of the pool which not close to be finished at all. Staff didnt give us the correct room and we got downgraded without any apologies or refunds or explanations
