Let me start with the room. We have stayed in many hotels, majority 4 , 5 star hotels , never would I expect to find a 4 star hotel being so outdated , in our room shower floor was incorrectly installed , so when you take a shower water doesnt drain fully, so you stand in deep water , fungus growth can be noticed around floor tiles. The location of the hotel on the hill was great - just above the town of Garda, 5 minutes by car. This gave a great view over the lake with a perfect garden next to the pool. The rooms were clean and cozy, comfortable beds. I loved that on breakfast the fruits were cut, ready to eat - kiwi, grapefruit, pineapple and many more. All the personnel were smiling and helpful. Since the hotel is pet friendly, there were many dogs, which is OK, but there was the occasional bark and fights. Especially uncomfortable during calm breakfast.Read more

Everything was perfect, the staff and facilities were very adequate. It was a 10-minute drive from Lake Garda.
Breakfast is excellent and the hotel grounds are beautiful. Decent location.
Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was very thin and felt cheap. Also, we were expecting a room with a view of the lake but instead had a view of a wall/some trees.
Beautiful view, and all the spa amenities were great. Breakfast was amazing, they have a buffet and will cook what you want, too. Rented e-mountan bikes and road the location trails. Hottub was perfect to relax watching the sun go down on the lake.
Bathroom glass walls could be a little more private... and something separating bathroom from bedroom... privacy in the bathroom.

Had a beautiful and very warm welcome. The staff in total is so friendly just awesome. The hotel is really nice located view an outstanding view on lake Garda.
