Pros (+) The cleanliness and ability to cool the room as desired. The space in the room. Everything was amazing. The staff, especially Eva at the front desk were amazing. Eva in particular was a pleasure and such a help!!!

Pros (+) The location was very central. Air con in the room was good. The room was very clean and spacious, good facilities. We felt secure.
Cons (-) The blind in the room was broken and there was no curtain to cover it. Would have been nice to have an inperson check in to just go through the different facilities, there was no issues with this but would have been nice.

Pros (+) Location has always been the top draw. Close but not on top of Broadway. Staff is amazing.
Cons (-) AC in the room was way too cold in the living room but not cool at all in each bedroom. Bathrooms could use some new shower curtains. More towels (4 per bathroom not 2). All minor fixes.
