Location very good, staff super friendly, small but delicious breakfast prepared upon order, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable. I would just book a bigger room next time as I was missing a chair or something to put the suitcase on

The location and the boat were a little quirky. The restaurant next door was handy as well. Very close to all sights.
The size of the room would have been okay for a short over nighter. It got a little cramped over 4 days and limited space. The photos are misleading.

Morning at 9 am cleaners came and started shouting so loudly, that I could not sleep and then work. They were using bad language all the time, I asked them to be a bit more quiet, but they ignored me. If you prefer clam morning, they this might not be the place or you
Nice view from the hotel, nice room and great restaurant. The breakfast is really good.
My room was at the Klotylda boat and it has the reception desk there. I woke up at 7 am because there was a guy talking with the receptionist for like an hour and I could hear everything. That ruined my stayed. The bed was extremely thin and you would sink on it. Not firm at all.
Location, staff and cleanliness
So special to have ducks paddling past our windows. Being on the boat and so close to the old town was really convenient. The staff were very helpful and efficient and friendly.
Nothing major. The room lights could be a little brighter, for seeing inside shelves and cupboards.
Had an issue with the A/C - but front desk provided a fan. Was not an issue for one night, but might have been if we had continued our stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Matylda over the Easter weekend was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.
