Pros (+) Perfect location in the old town of Palma. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and special thanks to Mariano, Jairo and lovely Sofia for their warmth and hospitality. This hotel is everything a small boutique hotel should be and we look forward to returning again.

Pros (+) An elegant, small hotel, with a great location and lovely rooms. The service was excellent, very responsive to my needs.
Cons (-) Because it is a popular area a little street noise can filter through the windows. Although they are well insulated.
