Amazing stay with spacious villas and lofts. Kayaking in a stream inside the resort was a pleasant experience. Great place to unwind away from the town and still be a short ride away from the action.
Location is 1 hour from Krabi Airport and 40 minutes from Krabi. It is relatively remote and in the country side which has pros and cons. There is a village 3 km away where you can get basics (good 30 minute walk along busy road) but otherwise it is secluded and own transport or taxi is needed. Bedroom is clean and tidy.
This is a 2 star property at best - no way its 4 star. Staff english is poor and they were generally not interested and poorly informed about things to do. Lots of expensive tour brochures!! Claims to be eco-friendly - location is wild but property condition is run down which is not the same as being an eco-lodge!! Beautiful green area. Nice location for relaxation and recreation in the nature. Very nice and perfectly balanced breakfast.
Uncomfortable beds. Shitty bikes for usage (almost impossible to use). Water passage blocked for kayaking. “I don’t know” is the favourite sentence of the staff, they try to help and give recommendations, however communication with staff members is very difficult. You need a scooter or car to get around. No help to organise anything. Expensive shuttle.

Such a special place! Cozy bungalows in the middle of the jungle. For true nature lovers. Great design aesthetic, nice beds, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff. Would definitely come again!!
If to be nip picking, there could have also been AC in the toilet. But seriously, this place is such a cool, amazing place, we didn't care.

The only thing i didn’t like is the fact that the employees are coming at 08:00 am and they start to make a lot of noise and yell not talk to each other, so if u are not a early bird don’t really recommend
I HIGHLY recommend to visit สวนข้าวฟ่าง Garnetfarm just 3 minutes away from BluMonkey. There is a Thai Lady who lives her Dream Life at the Garden. She can show you the surroundings of her beautiful place, flowers, fruits and more, and she even made us a nice picnic and we had so blessing talk. Our villa was nice and well maintained, however cleaning wasn't done every day, just change of towels up...

Almost everything.
Some breakfast items are not reheated, such as fried and scrambled eggs, which are cold. The pillows are too big and the mattress is too soft for me.
The swimming pool and the stream were very nice. It was quiet and serene. The breakfast was good, especially the little mystery thai desserts wrapped in banana leaves. Also it was nice to be greeted by the fish in the water every time you walked over the bridge.
Some of the staff were a bit abrasive. When we arrived to check in there were 2 ladies in reception and neither of them even said hello.
