Balcony was too small
Great location, even more in rainy times. Great scene of nature to explore. The rooms are comfortable, the water pressure is good and water is warm. The bed is excellent. Breakfast is good and fresh dishes can be ordered at demand.
The dinner is horrible. The staff forgets all non-buffet participants. We waited for over 2 hrs for our dinner. At least payment afterwards was quick, as they wanted to close the kitchen. Take the chance and eat dinner outside.

Everything..food was excellent
This is the second review as we stayed an extra night as so enjoyable and we think the place deserved it. The view was magnificent down the valley to the tea plantations, the hotel was immaculate with excellent service and a varied menu of Indian and Western foods. The pool gave great views also in an idyllic setting. You need a car or a driver to stay in the hotel as it is a little off the track.

The hotel is well located with a lovely view and I am sure the waterfall is amazing when the water is running. The staff were all outstanding and we enjoyed the extra activites at the hotel
We did have a problem with noise for our first night as one room is located next to an office and the kitchen. The hotel staff immediately arranged another room - which was lovely and quiet.
Loved everything. Wish we had more time to enjoy hotel hospitality. Stayed 2 nights. Complimentary afternoon refreshments, sari and dhoti styling, chocolate moulding, to name a few. Slow service at times during dinner. Staff too quick to take away plates when not fully finished eating.
