This was a condo-style accomodation with a beautiful, full kitchen. It was spotless and we had a very lovely, spacious unit, with plush towels, gas fireplace and good coffee (supplied). We enjoyed the outdoor pool (very warm) and hot tub while there. Parking was very easy. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM and encountered several issues during our stay. First, the bathroom sink was partially clogged, making it difficult for water to drain properly. We called the front desk to request assistance in setting up the sofa bed, but they told us that the housekeeping department was already off-duty and that we had to do it ourselves. Beautiful view, Beautiful apartment, totally spotless Best place I stayed at in Canmore and we have stayed at many places. Love the year round pool and hot tub
Clean quiet room. Underground parking. Pleasant hotel and shuttle staff.
No complaints.
It's indeed very clean. It has everything in the kitchen that I need to cook up something simple on a freezing cold night when I don't want to leave the hotel. Bed is super comfy. Staff very attentive and timely. Very cozy. I'd stay again!

This place is awesome! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it is like your very own condo. Everything you need, full kitchen, in suite laundry.
Clean And close to downtown
Spacious rooms. The description is accurate and the rooms are very clean. Complete with all necessities in kitchen and bathroom too. The hallways and lobby always smelled fresh. Pleasant staffs as well.
