Pros (+) I love bishops gate, it is always a place I go to for dinner with my family. It is one of my favourite places to eat out and drink. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. I love the quality and standard of the food and custom.
Cons (-) I have only ever stayed in the hotel once so I was excited to return however I was disappointed with my stay. On returning to our room at 11:35pm after staying in the hotel for dinner and drinks, it was extremely cold. There was no thermostat in the room to turn the heat up or down.
