Pros (+) During check-in the staff went above and beyond. Facilities and decor made me feel at home. Love love love love the quiet HVAC.
Cons (-) You can tell things are starting to get a bit worn, ie holes in walls were patches that were a rush job, people party hard in these rooms, paint peeling under the bathroom doors. Just these attention to details gets looked over.

Pros (+) Staff were absolutely fantastic and really put the stay over the top. Shaila and Maria upgraded our room and then later in the evening, Zayn was able to get us a reservation at a restaurant that was full online. Overall super nice hotel, and fantastic staff with a great Rooftop bar and view. Room service breakfast was delivered faster than expected, too.
