Pros (+) The room was big and perfectly clean. The bathroom had a huge shower! Great SPA with daily activities. Mention of honour for the food! Both breakfast and dinner are very rich and various to satisfy every taste!
Cons (-) It would have been nice if the “spa kit” included flip-flop too. You can buy them tho.

Cons (-) Both staff members didn't speak a word of English At our arrival which made our check-in difficult The main issue was the price to pay to have A dog stay with us, we had to pay 15€ for the stay ( which is ok ) but there was an additional 40 € apparently for cleaning. I find this too expensive especially that it was not mentioned on booking.com.

Pros (+) Beautiful surroundings, opportunities for walks, absolutely great dinners and breakfasts. Great SPA! Superclean.
Cons (-) Heating with wood, no ventilation on the upper floor - the smell of exhaust fumes outside. The willingness of the staff is sometimes good and sometimes terrible. Most of them do not know English, including the hotel management. Zero equipment for skiers (more like a tourist hotel) - they don't have a drying room or a ski storage room.
