Agriturismo Olivastrella offers 11 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and bathrobes. Each accommodation is individually decorated. Beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. Pros (+) Beautiful setting, friendly staff who work very hard to make sure your stay is a comfortable one. Made extra effort with the kids. Perfect for those who love nature/animals/insects etc. They have many! Own honey made, own eggs from free range chickens, own oil and wine. Made great recommendations for day visits. Very good breakfast.
Cons (-) It is extra (25 euros) to use the pool/s (though they kindly let us off as there was confusion over this payment and we only used it once during our stay). This should be wrapped up in the headline price as a pool is one of the key facilities that you base a search on rather than an extra. The rooms are in keeping with the surroundings (rustic) but could do with a little modernising over time. Air...

Pros (+) Francesca and Salvatore were wonderful hosts; warm and obliging at all times with as much or as little interaction and information as desired. Surprises around every corner at this wonderful and faithfully restored property. Cons (-) Air conditioning was a little unreliable at times. Signage and information is exclusively in Italian - although our hosts spoke good English some English signage would have been helpful at times.
