We stayed here for a week and found it to be the ideal base for exploring the Champagne region. The location is fantastic, right in the city centre close to great restaurants and major attractions. Loved this hotel. Fantastic in every way. Great welcome on arrival. They parked our car for us and put on EV charge. Great bar, restaurant, fab cocktails and dinner. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The room was wow. Great bed and bathroom. Lovely swimming pool. Can't fault it
Overall environment and decor of the hotel. Dinner in restaurant satisfying though staff very busy and a bit crowded. Swimming pool and sauna a special treat.
Checking in was easy, given direction to the wrong block, the booked premier room changed to room with extra family room, which is of no use to us. Car parked in garage and promised that we left our car till 4 pm the next day as we had a bicycle tour the next day. Very friendly and helpful on reception, lovely new room and really good food and service in the restaurant.
Room was overlooking the high street which was noisy as we were staying on a weekend.

My bedroom located on 4th floor smelled like sewers. I’m hoping it’s an isolated time because Reims is under a lot of street construction.
Really spacious. Modern and spotless. Excellent reception and bar area. Large bedroom and pristine linen. Great pool and small gym. Large bed and brilliant shower. Some toiletries in bathroom.
Strange configuration in room. Bed stands out in room and walked behind it to shower. Lavatory separate from bathroom and some distance to wash hands. Would be far better to have bed against wall and TV on flat wall opposite rather than on a bracket.
