Very close to the Alona beach, you can walk to the beach and walk back to the hotel after playing with sand or water at the beach.But I strongly recommend not to choose this hotel. Because there are many other hotels to choose from the Alona beach.
I originally booked two deluxe double room with two double beds for two adults and one child. Good Location.
Very sub standard food in the restaurant. Buffet Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were very musty smell and affected breathing - needs disinfecting or something to clean properly.
The breakfast is super.The place near in the Beach and a very friendly Staff.Our holiday is super enjoy.Our Premier room was super.
Some part of the pool is damage.If you don't care it might hurt you.
4 out of 5 in our party were ill whilst here ( gastro and vomiting) the staff tried to help and had the on site nurse come and visit them in the room They gave us a free shuttle to the airport
We are by no means demanding guests but this hotel did not meet basic expectations for the price charged. Our first room - family room level 6 had no running water, we could not shower, the air-conditioning did not work well and the hot water service exploded 2 times with a large bang and smoke coming from under the vanity. Location is right on the beach. Breakfast were average. Staff were friendly.
Shower pressure were very poor. I was having shower and had shampoo on my hair, the shower stops and changing water temperatures. Bathrooms have seen better days. Room was overlooking to rusty houses roofs and muddy road below. The road to the resort were terrible, specially when it's raining. Shower and faucet water keeps shutting off. Elevator lights need to be replaced, those are darn hot light bulbs.
Staff were all helpful and tried their best to assist us, especially when we had to bring our brother to the ER. In the hotel itself, the pool, pool bar, breakfast menu, guest rooms, access to the beach.
We all (group of 10 people) loved staying at Best Western in july 2025. Me and my son stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed it very much. The staff is super nice, everybody is so friendly and ready to do anything you ask for. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right by the sea and so many restaurants and shops all around.
The only thing I can complain about is the loud music every night with the dinner. The food at the hotel is vera good but you can’t enjoy a dinner with family and friends because the music, even though it’s nice and well played and sung, it’s way to loud and you can’t talk to the people with you.
