I tried to schedule a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I sent a whatsapp 3 hours before arrival. Even when I checked out the next day, they had not responded to my whatsapp message. We went to the restaurant that evening for dinner. They were having a special event outside and there was no waitstaff. We had to flag someone down to take our order. The room is spacious, clean and tide. Onsite facilities were very good. Friendly staff and above of for me the location was excellent.

The lady at the desk was well aware of the situation we were in. We’d had another booking cancelled so I was booking this one. It was ‘loading’ for 15 minutes, then booking crashed. So I had to book another room. Turns out both rooms had been booked. One paid for via booking the other at the hotel. I didn’t need 2, only one. Clean and nice. Our room was wonderful! Very comfortable! People were fantastic!! Very accommodating when our luggage didn't fit in the shuttle van to El Nido. They held it until we returned, no problem! Good breakfast, good location, very friendly and kind staff! Thank you!

Place was really good. relaxed feel. Staff every bit as good as you would hope for. Location....Facilities nearby for food, historical interest, and shopping were excellent. Basic but adequate gym, decent swimming pool with attached bar. Breakfast choices pretty standard, so OK
Air conditioning too good ! Maybe just me couldn't work it properly ? Not sure if that's a fair complaint TBH.
