Staff was super friendly and the rooms clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, especially the blanket! Very close located to the airport and shuttle service is included.
Pool area is small with only a few possibilities to actually lay there and enjoy the sun. Eventhough there is a wide variety of breakfast options, there were some items missing for me as european ;-) Such as fruits, yoghurt, more cheese & meat options..
People are very polite and always smiles

Amazing friendly staff, free ride to and from the airport, overall very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is also very good. I’d like to emphasize that the staff were very friendly and respectful. Would stay again when given the chance!
Bit of an issue with the toilet in our room. It smelled bad even before we had used it and it got worse over a day. The staff handled it very quickly and effectively though so it didn’t damper our experience at all!
Close to the airport and complimentary pickup and drop off facilities available from / to the airport. A very good restaurant and spa located just across the road.
Breakfast was very limited if you were a Vegetarian. They compelled you to keep 1000 pesos per room per night as security deposit with them till check out The hotel driver dropping you back to the airport was late and caused all kinds of fears vis a vis missing your flight, etc. It wasn’t possible to swim after sunset as the entire pool got covered with moths after darkness.
There aren’t many choices in Puerto Princessa. The staff was nice and the rooms are comfortable.
I booked the wrong dates and, five minutes after booking, tried to amend my reservation. The hotel refused and so I lost $600. I think that’s pretty unfair to do to someone, especially when they’re just trying to amend the dates. Because there are very few options in PP I rebooked with them. I tried to schedule a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I sent a whatsapp 3 hours before arrival. Even when I checked out the next day, they had not responded to my whatsapp message. We went to the restaurant that evening for dinner. They were having a special event outside and there was no waitstaff. We had to flag someone down to take our order. The lady at the desk was well aware of the situation we were in. We’d had another booking cancelled so I was booking this one. It was ‘loading’ for 15 minutes, then booking crashed. So I had to book another room. Turns out both rooms had been booked. One paid for via booking the other at the hotel. I didn’t need 2, only one.
