The location was excellent—very close to both the train and bus stations, making transportation convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.
I didn’t check if there was a balcony before booking, as I expected it to be included, so that was a bit disappointing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay. The water kettle had a hair inside, which raised questions about cleanliness. Also, there were no glasses in the room—at least two should be provided for water. Lastly, the TV wasn’t a smart TV, which limited entertainment options.
Excellent location near the train station 15 minutes to Venice very convenient nice and pleasant hotel delicious breakfast and very good restaurant. We are very happy.

so in the write up it said there was a shuttle to the airport ... which was not the case when I asked at check-in so we had to take and pay for a taxi
Location super convenient, near train station, airport bus station, and some bus stops to Venice or Mestre center. The staff at the reception are very nice and friendly. And I appreciate the room with super clean water kettle, the bathroom with bidet and bathtub especially.
Just a little reminder, need to close the window or there will be bugs or mosquitoes in May day.
Great location ! So near most things, bus, train , restaurants and frequents trains to Venice. Would stay with this hotel again . It’s has everything you need. Great restaurants nearby.

Great location to get to all main areas. Rooms good size and very clean. Staff extremely helpful & good selection for breakfast.
Doors slam -annoying when people left early for airport. Beds & pillows hard.
Room was large, clean and fresh.
No English speaking channels except news. A movie channel or access to something with light entertainment would have been great for unwinding at night.
Close to public transportation. Clean property. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was within proximity.
