The location was very good and central to Palermo
The fact that our room looked out into a small courtyard meant that we had very little natural light into the room. It was dark and not much air. Would have liked to have know this beforehand as we would not have booked. The shower enclosure is quite small and leaks all over the room

Location was perfect. So close to everything. As a single woman I felt very safe there. The room was fantastic. Loved the windows opening unto balcony and unto quiet square.
The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all the sights and restaurants in the historic center of Palermo. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wide selection of traditional breakfast foods including Sicilian specialities.
There is a bar down the side street next to the hotel that can be loud late a night for those rooms facing that street.
Wow. A hidden gem. We felt so lucky to have stayed there. The location, the room, and especially the staff. Wonderful!!
Spacious, clean room. Great location, short distance from the central train station. Included breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and getting around by foot. The rooms and common areas were nice and clean. In general (with one exception), the staff were exceptionally welcoming and lovely.
It was a little noisy but I think that is what happens when you stay in the Kalsa district.
