Pros (+) Excellent hotel, room was very comfortable and spacious. Nice room temperature and hot showers. Staff was beyond excellent, very nice and courteous. We had dinner and breakfast and it was very good. Pet friendly which was a plus for us.

Pros (+) Great location nearby the mall. Staff is great! Kudos to Constance, Jose , Francisco and Ignacio at the reception as they know how to value Customers. Special mention to Jean, Laura, Natalia and Carolina at the restaurant as they create a great place where to enjoy a meal.
