Nice staff, super friendly and helpful.
The cleaning process is not done thoroughly, even though i have already asked for a thorough clean of the room. After checked- in. I noticed some kind of suncream on the door, door handle and TV remote from the previous guests.
The location was good. Room is big and comfortable. Also they serve free water on request.
The breakfast was terrible. There was very little variety, and there were almost no typical breakfast items. There were just a few kinds of food from the daily menu, which aren’t really suitable for breakfast. There was only one type of cheese, and it was brought in very small amounts upon request. This does not suit a hotel like this at all.
The location is ideal as it is 3-5 minutes walking from the sky train. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are kept in good condition.
The breakfast can massively improve and introduce eggs & Ham to the buffet rather than order/pay for it. Also, the water of the pool looked a bit dirty.
Great location close to sky rail, very comfortable room, soft bed and modern. Staff were accommodating and lovely, view from rooftop and pool was fantastic at night. Great value for money. Would def stay again.

Great spacious clean large room with nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to me while embodying the Thai hospitality. I love the breakfast buffet and close proximity to the public transit station.
My window view of the building wall next door. The pool was a little disappointing as it was small and less inviting. When you think hotel rooftop pool, you think big pool, music playing, a nearby bar to order drinks, but I did not get that experience.
The towels were very old and smell. The location is good in business neighbourhood with a seven elen at the corner a few minutes walk.
The towels were old and smell. They should have been replaced. The breakfast is very limited. You have to order (freeofcharge) omlet/eggs, cheese , bacon. Last day the cheese was out of stock !. I asked for 2 pieces of bacon two piece at the size of pinkie finger arrived. The food at the hotel was not appealing probably due to the oil used. We had no problem outside. However, pizza was good.
Great staff, nice and clean rooms, everything modern and rooms had very good light control from bed. Bathroom was large and in great condition. Breakfast was very good and varied substantially from day to day. Internet was very reliable and fast. Hotel restaurant was very convenient with a great selection of dishes and with affordable prices.
