The staff was very helpful specially the people of the reception The location is perfect
Good location, great spa area and friendly stuff. We enjoyed also food from room service. A lot of attention into why you received - bathrobes, premium products for hygiene.
There is no closet to use, only a small rack for hanging clothes.
Service and facilities were superb. Loved all the extra little touches of quality

Te hotel close to everything but still quiet. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, I’ve forgotten names! Loved the pool and sauna and a well equipped gym. We had a lot of rain so it was perfect to be able to swim and have saunas and read by the pool. So relaxing. We also loved the restaurant, the staff made it even better. Location but it depends where you want to be based. Its close to the main market and metro but quite a walk down to the river
New boutique hotel designed to a very high standard. Very close to the center. Great staff. Indoor and heated pool. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. And even convenient parking.
The room was not large. It was missing a closet.
Love the location. This is the second time we are staying here and likely will return for subsequent business trips. Nicely situated on the fringe of the old town, which means it’s a five minute stroll to the Bolhao Market, nine minutes to the theatre, and just a bit more to the heart of the old town where all the hustle and bustle is. Really unpleasant stay, and to top off it off, I checked out in the morning and was chased by the staff on the phone for an outstanding mini bar bill, I think they thought I had a done a runner for the sake of £19, very unpleasant.
The health spa and gym, was the only reason I booked this hotel, and on both occasions at night I went to use the pool and lounge area, it was at capacity 8 people!!!
Everything, room was great, staff really helpful l. Can't remember name of the guy who checked us in but went above and beyond giving great advice on what to see and do. Room amazing.
