Friendly and helpful staff
A little expensive…eggs could have been warmer at breakfast. The safe did not work and wasn’t fixed…
The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, close to the ferry port and bus station. Bus to Old Town departs from very close to the hotel. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the harbor from the room.
Minibar fridge was somewhat noisy at night. No other issues

It was close to the harbour but the property wasn’t much to look at, there was no outside space or gardens and being in a built up area there wasn’t much of a view. Swimming Pool was closed.
The Berkeley is a modern, business-style hotel which, because of its scale, feels like it’s family-run. Its location is perfect if you have a bus or boat to catch because it’s about a 5 minute walk away from the ferry port and bus station. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, breakfast is delicious, the beds are big and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The Staff is very welcoming and Polite. The rooms are comfortable and big . They have a smart TV in the rooms which is a huge plus

Everything was great! The hotel is quite close to the Old Town—just a 5-minute taxi ride. The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Yan at the reception.
