I am shocked that the gentleman at reception basically coerced me to give the hotel a 10 rating!!! The hotel is very central, all sights in the historical part of Istanbul is easily accessible by foot. Tram is a 5 min walk with many restaurants close by The staff at our arrival was showed courtesy and helpful easy
Very forceful gent at reception on departure!! We had to wait 30min in the room to have a balcony door fixed!! Tons of tools were used and they refused to give us another room!
Loved the location of it, however the only hard thing was getting a taxi but besides that the walks I loved in this area. It’s close to all the main attractions and great food spots ! Would def stay hear again. Musa was soooooooo kind as a staff member, such a smily guy that was very helpful along side all the other staff members. They were all super super sweet.
Just the difficulty of getting a taxi and then if the rooms were a bit bigger it would be perfect but besides that it was all great. Would stay here again just for the friendly kind staff
It has been a pleasure being at this hotel. Hotel location is just perfect and the rooms are very well maintained. The staff including the front desk manager Mr. Dawood and Mr. Bilal were very polite and friendly. Overall this hotel made us feel like a high profile guest.

The Bentley is located in the old city, 5 minutes from all of the popular tourist spots. It is clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are a bit cramped - it would be a bit crowded for more than one person - and don’t expect a view. But it serves its purpose as a nice place to sleep and rise refreshed to explore old town.
