We had a nice stay at Beluga.Hotel room was with a nice view and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom has no window and is therefore very dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small buffet with fresh egg dishes and nicely arranged. Unfortunately we had to leave early at the last day and couldn’t use our already paied breakfast. A doggy bag was ordered but we did not get it😔 servi...Read more

Breakfast and location was amazing.
No food served after 5pm but restaurants are close walk.
Great location next to the beach
Everything was good
Location at the foot of Lamai Beach is good as it's more secluded than other spots. Lovely staff.
The place was as busy as a train station. You cannot really have a relaxed time or even try to read a book there. There's people walking past you all day (from the beach to the bar next door or to step on the rocks for views), others working around you (must be construction going on) or even the hotel doing maintenance (one day it was the pool table getting taken apart, the other day they were cut...Read more

Nothing we loved everything
Staff was trying their best.
BELUGA is hands down one of the most disappointing hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially considering the hefty $110 per night price tag. Advertised as a four-star property, it feels more like an abandoned relic from two decades ago. Rooms: The rooms are a disaster. Mold is creeping out from behind the wallpaper, the air conditioning is either freezing you to death or doesn’t cool at all, and the ...Read more
This is a little hidden gem,... Hid down some back street then opened up onto your private beach.... A tranquil place, just to lose the world, forget your woes and find yourself.... Loved it
My only gripe with the hotel would be breakfast... Even though it was 99% freshly cooked to order, the open table of help yourself fruit and pastries did attract your local flies .. and needs some sort of cover Location wise yes it's slightly out of the way but life's always full of compromises, so like me, and for a couple of quid we rented a scooter from up the road and then the island becomes y...Read more
Location was great. Tucked away in a quiet corner but still close enough to restaurants & shops.
Nice staff, good sized rooms, hard but comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Everything conveniently located within the hotel.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the safe - it made a noise on our second night that kept us both awake!! Nobody around to help sort it.
