Great breakfast and pool facilities
Very good location, ample amount of parking space, the room was nice, spacious enough. We got the added benefit of a free upgrade. The SPA is great, maybe a bit pricey but it was worth it. Bathroom was nice and clean, relatively spacious. The walk-in shower was nice and big, so a huge plus. Breakfast buffet has a lot of items to choose from, nice to see many local specialties, everything was tasty...
We were there in early December, the bathroom floor was unpleasantly cold, so turn on the heater in the bathroom to mitigate. Shower floor is almost level with the rest of the bathroom, so the floor kept flooding. Keep at least one towel on the floor to help with that. The facilities and breakfast were great.
The uphill location, which made it difficult to exit the hotel premises on foot.
The facility is great for families with children. The spa is very good (if not overcrowded). The breakfast has very vast choice.
We stayed during a long weekend and the hotel was extremely overcrowded. With so much people you cant really feel it’s a 5 star hotel… which means that it wasn’t designed to be fully booked…
A fantastic hotel, ideal for a winter getaway. The breakfast selection is impressive, the pool is spacious, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Saturday evenings feature live music in the bar, attracting a lively crowd and creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere.

Your hotel is an absolutely LUXE! The location is gorgeous. The hike up from town after our walk down might require a bit more energy than we expected yet upon arrival, we felt like we achieved an amazing feat. Now, the room. It was fabulous! Only one thing to consider is hair conditioner in the shower. Aside from that, paper cups available with water upon arrival. That was a nice tough. We loved it. We are digging deep for something to improve experience.Read more
Very nice hotel with a very good service. Friendly staff.
Some junior staff at the Reception could be better prepared to answer questions on the location, especially on the Spa aspect of the locality.
