Free airport pick up was efficient and quick. Room was modern and very clean. Staff were friendly and informative. Breakfast was excellent.
Even though we were informed of this in advance, the early check in charge (although minimal) is disappointing given that it was low season and the hotel was clearly not fully occupied and as other hotels in Sri Lanka have not charged for this during our visit.
Stayed here for our last night in Sri Lanka due to the proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle. The hotel was great with lovely rooms and roof top bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the best coffee throughout our whole trip. Easy walk into Negombo for last minute exploring before flying home. Charming little hotel with large, nice decorated and sparkling clean rooms. Rooftop terrace with nice views to the ocean. Delicious breakfasts and dinners . Staff is very friendly and always at your disposal. Free Airport transfer is such a great bonus.

Charming small hotel. Lovely view from top terrace
The rooms were large and nicely furnished, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. We also really appreciated the free shuttle service – such a great bonus that made getting around much easier.
We stayed on the third floor and were repeatedly disturbed by a noise that sounded like a motor turning on every 1–2 minutes for about 5 seconds. We reported it to the staff, who heard it and said they would look into it, but unfortunately, no one followed up or informed us about any resolution.
A small quiet hotel only minutes from shops and restaurants. The service was very attentive and the breakfast especially the Sri Lankan version was excellent.
Modern, nice pool area and rooftop with views to the ocean. Room was huge / clean and comfortable, especially the bed and bathroom. Included transfer to the airport was great too :)
There was a loud machinery noise that kept going off during the night which was annoying but otherwise a perfect stay!

Very handy for the airport and conveniently located in Negombo. Excellent complementary transfer from the airport. Very clean and quiet. Loved the fact that bath robes were provided. Super helpful staff. Great breeze in the rooftop bar.
