The space for breakfast in the interior was too small.But not a big problem.

An exceptionally clean hotel - possibly the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The location is right next to The Trinity Cathedral and central enough to walk into the city within 15 minutes. The room and balcony were much smaller than we expected - we had stayed in another hotel in the same area of Tbilisi earlier in the week which was priced almost identically, but both the room and the balcony were at least 5 x the size, so the value of the room itself was not as good.Read more
I had a lovely experience at Bellevue Boutique Hotel. The room was spotless and cozy, with a super comfortable bed and a charming balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they really made me feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the cathedral and city center. Would definitely stay here again!

The photos of the hotel does not coincide with what you see in person. Is more a small hotel, located in a small street and the surroundings are not what you expect. The relation cost-benefit it is terrible, you pay a very high price for what you get. Breakfast is so bad that we had to eat in another place. The bed was not soft. Same thing for the pillows. Comfortable bed, very clean room, daily housekeeping.
The breakfast was fairly poor, except for the excellent coffee. Small selection of rather unappetising dishes. No fruit, no wholemeal bread. It's a shame because I chose this hotel based on the pictures of the breakfast buffet I saw on this site and on Google Maps, which are very different from reality. The room was smaller than I thought it was going to be.
Nice view, property was clean, comfortable bed.
Rooms are extremely tiny, no space to put your things in the bathroom. Did not have basic things like body lotion, tea and coffee, or a full length mirror. Staff are not welcoming.
