Pros (+) The luxury feel and that nothing was too much when you asked staff
Cons (-) Only minor thing is the beds are really hard I think could be worth changing those mattress to match the luxury feel of the hotel.

Cons (-) I did not like the platform that the bed is on in the Pearl room. I had to keep reminding myself it was there so as not to trip. My knees are not the greatest, and I’m 82.
