For the price, impressive. Incredibly clean, thoroughly professional. Real attention to detail in all areas. Comfortable of course. Overall I would say the main standout was the staff in all areas though. Incredibly professional, helpful and very good at their roles. I stayed in Torquay for 2 nights so was slightly gutted there was no vacancies for me to stay a 2nd night but I can see why.
Nothing of note. I didnt use the Spa however, which would be the only thing I cannot pass any comment on.
Everything really. Staff were awesome. The spa was brilliant especially 1st thing.
The breakfast could be bigger. Better. 1 bacon, 1 sausage and 1 egg is not good enough when paying a lot of money.

I was supposed to receive a call back offering me an appointment at the spa but I never heard back and didn’t manage to book a massage.
The breakfast was amazing full continental including cheeses and hams..and you can order a full english from your table too. The location is just up the hill from the sea front very convenient.
We hadnt booked dinner in advance but we had it on first evening. It was all very good but the dinner menu was too rich for us prefer more simple fare.
Indoor pool, excellent breakfast choice, free parking, lift for disabled people

Room was too warm. Couldn’t open window wide enough. Room cramped. Front door locked earlier than advised. Bar at night time felt as though they wanted you to go to bed as early as possible.
Our Signature room was very nice, plenty of room and everything was of good quality. The sea view was an added bonus. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices. Car-parking was on the hotel property and made unloading/loading as easy as possible.

Staff pleasant, rooms clean, nice gardens opposite, lounge area relaxing, good english breakfast. Fifteen minutes walk from train station. Bus stop outside going to Brixham or St Marychurch.
Cold buffet at breakfast could be improved with better selection of cold meats and pastries. Better waitress service in lounge area.
