Staff, rooms and view’s awesome and breakfast fantastic
Elegant and beautiful - especially the included spa. The breakfast was so good and the room was spacious with a great view of the lake
The only tiny thing I would change- the soap bars in the shower- not convenient- we ended up using our own shampoo which we luckily had.
It was absolutely stunning both inside and out. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beauty of the hotel and the immaculate attention to detail. Everything was wonderful. A beautiful peaceful location. All the staff were very helpful
Bed was comfortable but pillows not so. Considering it's has a Michelin star restaurant the availability of food in the evening was limited, so a little disappointed.

Clean, convenient location, nice landscaping excellent environment to get some R&R, like the activities they put together (sailing and water yoga). Staff was great from the people at breakfast, reception, bar and activities people.
Nothing - everything was fine during our trip
The location is amazing. On the shores of the lake. Plenty of free things to do, bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, pedalo. The gardens and pool are well laid out and quiet. Never overcrowded. Private pier and beach area also very nice.

The spa was absolutely great and view was exceptional. The hospitality of the staff was the best. We enjoyed our stay in Garda and definitely getting back to this place soon.
Very helpful and friendly staff, really good located and clean location, perfect view onto the lake from the hotel room and restaurant area, nice pool and wellness area with more than enough space for all guests at the pool, fair prices at the hotel bar and perfect service, very good breakfast. All in all it exceeded our expectations
Road is really close to the hotel, but that’s the case for all hotels near the lake.
Apart from accommodation included in the price, the hotel also offers a number of additional services - for example, renting the iconic Fiat 500, bicycles,... the most willing staff I have ever met. Really awesome service. I recommend it to everyone.
