Pros (+) Too much people. In the hotel they don’t have enough room to attend the number of people that they receive. A luxury hotel like this is unacceptable that you dont find seat to have breakfast
Cons (-) They made the eve new year in the small bar where was placed kids and babies all of them sleeping in the coach and not place for the people. I suggest that if they want to celebrate this party is much better that they make in the big hall The most boring new year eve in my life Also is much better that they don’t make this kind of events

Pros (+) Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

Pros (+) Very friendly staff particularly Celestin. He made me feel at ease and was very helpful during the check-in process. Offered to take me on a tour of the hotel despite that I checked in well after midnight. He was kind and polite enough to check if I had settled well once I got to my room. I will certainly visit again

Pros (+) It’s a really beautiful hotel in a perfect location in a lovely city. The staff are all wonderful. Special mention for Alex, a brilliantly helpful concierge.
Cons (-) We had deluxe rooms on the third floor with lake and mountain views, but I was disappointed that there was no balcony from which to enjoy the fabulous views.

All you would expect from a 5-star hotel and more. Fantastically helpful staff and a superb spa, especially look out for Justine in the spa, she was especially delightful.
