Pros (+) Staff very friendly.
Cons (-) 1. Passage untidy. Dog and cat around dining table. Cat tried to stall food by jumping to table. 2. No wifi as indicated. 3. Not answering to the land phone. No way to communicate with the staff from 2 nd floor.

Pros (+) The location is good. Very close to beach and windling streets with restaurants. Nice breakfast.
Cons (-) AC did not work at all. Our room was 30C hot. Tried to get another room when we discovered this but after waking staff up (24h reception?) they just shrugged their shoulders.

Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff, loved the dog Lisa and the cat, breakfast was good, good location, room was great, shower was good, the bed slept good, loved the air conditioning, repairs were made quick, 20 sec walk to the beach.
Cons (-) I have absolutely nothing to say about this part :-)

Pros (+) location was very good 1 min to beach, there were a lot of shops and restaurants. there were a lot of tuk tuks around the hotel. hotel building itself was very good, with a lot of places to be relaxed. good and helpful staff.
Cons (-) service was awful! no daily room service, tv was not working, no shampoo, no water provided, no hot water for shower in the mornings. they was plugged out the refrigerator and when we opened it the water splashed on the ground with bad smell. we had 2 rooms, ac in one of them didn't working, they had to change the room next morning. there were a dog and a cat in the lobby that were rubbing themsel...
