We got upgraded to a room with a bath which I had requested on booking Spacious room and comfortable and very clean Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast was excellent
Location means you have to take taxis to the local amenities. Some of the Taxis do not take card for payment and so carrying Turkish lira is essential.
The location. Friendly staff.
The climate in the rooms. Homepage clearly say “Adjustable air condition”. This is not true. The temperature is central controlled. The temperature was above 25 degrees 2 nights. This is unacceptable for 5 star hotel.
The hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, the location is beautiful and spacious, and so is the room.
Unfortunately, I booked an air-conditioned room, but I was shocked that it was set to central heating, so it was a tiring night in the heat.

Property was clean and maintained well.
Sleep ruined me on this holiday as room at night was set at Temp 23 and was repeatedly told by staff that the temp could not be reduced any further I mean i love a hamam and steam room but not combined in the bedroom .
It is very clean and tidy.
Strange behavior upon arrival and demand for marriage documents, unlike other hotels in the city, on the other hand, the swimming pool for ladies and gentlemen are separate and there is no proper service.
On the positive side, the staff were very polite and respectful, doing their best to help within their capacity. The breakfast was also acceptable.
The overall condition of the hotel did not meet expectations. The rooms were extremely warm because the heating and cooling system was centralized, and you couldn’t choose cooling from inside the room. As provided on Booking.com, this is the best hotel in Konya for sure. Luxury, new hotel, nice staff always ready to help, true 5 star hotel, very nice breakfast with so much varieties. Rooms are superb, bathroom too. What sets the hotel apart is the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. 10 mins drive to Hazrat Mevlana R.A. Also 5 mins walk to Kule Mall with so many shops and food court.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They found us a tour company that was really great and we ended up using them not just for a local tour of Konya, but also for our day trips around Konya and up to Cappadocia. Excellent facilities and good location with a couple of malls around the corner for the convenience of having access to anything you may need as a traveller.

We booked a junior suite. The room was spacious and clean and what would be expected of such a room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Gafer! Such a proactively helpful person! We thank you for everything you did, along with the team. They also made a vegetarian pizza in the buffet (as I am a vegetarian). Thank you for accommodating this!
