The hotel has a nice green area with lots of trees, and the beach is just a short walk away. The sea was great, and the breakfast was actually quite good - plenty of options and tasty. The service was nice, and we even got a fruit basket as a gift from the hotel on my husband’s birthday, which was a really nice gesture.
Unfortunately, our room (top floor, block A) was disappointing. It faced the back of another hotel with industrial machines running non-stop (probably air conditioning units) and the noise was constant, day and night. Staff was amazing. The buffet was first class. Very clean facilities. Beach bar and beach area was very nice. Too many things to list, honestly, but overall it was an excellent stay.
The cocktails were not very good. I think the combination of bottom shelf alcohol and the syrups made them less than desirable to drink. The a la carte restaurant was a disappointment. The allergen labels were marked with peanuts at times when they didn't actually have peanuts, but some other type of nut. Staff are not very friendly in general. I was given the wrong type of room (cheaper than the one I booked) and instead of an apology staff attitude was very bad, their only excuse was hotel is full. Generally speaking, good or very good hotel, food was also of a slightly higher standard for hotels of that kind; alcohol is included in the dinner:-)
Location is a bit too busy, lots of shops etc, but could be convenient for the love shoppers. A bit dar away from the beautiful heart of the Side old town.
Barut B Suites is an excellent facility very clean and friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the experience. Kids enjoyed the slides and the friendly nature of the pools being from 0.30m- 1.4m deep. Parking for our car was available and convenient.
The variety of food provided is good, however the quality of some dishes was questionable. We would prefer to see better quality and less variety, so we are pleased we did not book all inclusive. We did use the restaurant buffet in the evening yet the same was true, less selection and better quality would have been appreciated.
