Pros (+) Except for the location which was great, the hotel was only decent, and not what I was expecting. I am somewhat shocked to think this might be one of the better hotels in the city, but I hear a JW Marriott is coming. For all of the negative comments, I thought the price was fairly reasonable.
Cons (-) The hotel is tired and needs to be closed down and refurbished top to bottom. The furniture is beaten up and old. The rooms and common areas need new new carpet and paint. The wifi is very early 2000s - it seemed like every time we shut down a device, we had to log back in with the password. Cons (-) The hospitality from the guys at reception is very poor, they don’t greet the customers, avoid eye contact as they see you coming, everything is a bother, if you ask a question they are unhelpful, careless and dismissive, they really need proper customer service training.
