The staff are exceptional and always have been over the past twenty years we have stayed here. They make the difference. There are a lot of beautiful resorts with stunning facilities and vistas close to this, but you genuinely feel the care from all the Banyan Tree team. They deserve your respect and gratitude.
Dining options, especially at lunch, are more limited compared to our earlier visits over the past twenty years. Within the resort it’s only the expensive Japanese restaurant, the somewhat bland golf club cafe or in-room dining. If you want to leave the resort to dine elsewhere (such as an authentic local beachside family cafe on Bang Tao beach) the security guards have only now started physically...Read more

Service was excellent staff were responsive.
One day our cleaning crew didn't show up. Had to call twice to get them to come by to clean. They eventually arrived at 345pm to clean.
My family and I have always been a big fan of Banyan tree. We really love the nature aspect of it.
