Cons (-) The resort location was join together with another 7 resorts… this causes problems upon guess in using the facility there. I guess it was also the fact that it’s a casino, so no one really wakes up early for breakfast so they couldn’t make it a breakfast buffet, we have to order what we want, very inconvenient. However the staff know their hotel - point, so they’re very quickly in trying to fixed ...

Pros (+) I love the atmosphere and facilities in banyan tree

Cons (-) It will be great if the restaurant in banyan tree provides buffet breakfast because it took sometimes for us to figure out what to eat in galaxy. The birthday cake amenity I requested was frozen when it sent to my room which I think it could be better.
