This hotel oozes luxury in every corner. Every small detail is beautifully thought and flawlessly executed. I liked Caesars and I like Banyan Tree coz it is like home: mostly tasty food, shisha, good mood, really kind staff and nice beach view, fast housekeeping.
Nobody met us for 5 minutes as at the reception at the night, earnings were disappearing from the room, still bad ( like it was in the Caesars) hot water managing, pool work delays due to kids shitting there, really overrated TakaHisa restaurant but generally it is good place to chill)
Amazing stay, exceeded our expectations! Great hospitality from all departments of the resort. A special thank you to Patrick from front of house, michael from pool & restaurant and Fideles from the beach area. So accommodating and a true example of the finest hospitality.

One of a kind. They really surpass all expectations. Starting From reception to all facilities available. We arrived early to the hotel as we had an early flight, our room was not ready of course.
