Pros (+) Amazing views, all of the staff were very friendly and attentive

Cons (-) Lots of mosquitos but our villa was covered in foliage so that was to be expected. The staff did fumigate multiple times and provided bug spray

Pros (+) The resort is really beautiful, however, there is no beach near by. The prices are extremely high for what if offers.

Cons (-) There was a 5.5 hearthquake where the epicentre was only 5 km away from the hotel, we felt it really strong during the night. No one call from the reception to ask if we where ok, there is no emergency instructions on how to proceed in an hearthquake, considering the fact that this area is common to have them.

Pros (+) the view and the fact that you have your own pool

Cons (-) you can’t be outside because you get bitten by the excess of mosquitoes, this is really bad. Also for a 5 star I have a special diet without salt and they sent the food with salt.
