Pros (+) Excellent location, friendly staff, and beautiful view of the canal from the room window. Excellent breakfast and enjoyable wine and cheese afternoon gathering in the hotel lounge provide a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers.

Pros (+) The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive drinks had a very good range of branded produce. The main area downstairs, where the bar is located, has plenty of seating and is relaxed and perfect for chilling and unwinding with some quality beverages after a busy day in Amsterdam, The location was close to most things.

Pros (+) We had a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive drink availability was a nice touch with lots on non alcoholic options as well.

Pros (+) The whole experience from start to finish was great, friendly staff, good choice of breakfast, excellent location, lovely having free bar with great seating area. The only slight thing as, we were in a cosy room & could hear kitchen staff preparing beneath us.

Pros (+) The decor was fabulous, I loved the breakfast, staff was super friendly and helpful, location was wonderful, snack and beverages in room were handy, wine was delicious.
Cons (-) Room was impossible to get warmer, however I didn’t feel too uncomfortable so I never asked staff about it. Mini fridge was not cold enough to keep leftovers. I got food poisoning as a result.

Pros (+) Great location in the city center. Very comfortable bed. Delicious and very good breakfast. After a busy day in the city, daily open bar with all drinks of choice, especially with a good wine selection, cheese and snacks are great pro! My third stay at the hotel while in the Amsterdam ... and will be back👍
