The decorations and facilities
The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and soft pillows. I stayed on the 6th floor and had a lovely view, especially of the pool area, which was a highlight. The pool itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and cooperative, making the stay pleasant. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The flush in the washroom wasn't working properly, and the water pressure in the bathtub was oddly strong while the rest of the taps were weaker. The AC wasn’t cooling the room as much as expected, and basic amenities like slippers and bathrobes were missing. The facilities excellent.
I arrived at almost 3.00 p.m. I booked two suites room. I cannot check in on time..I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for the first suite room key...very late...so exhausted. The second key ..at 7.40 p.m.....so much time...4 hours 40 minutes for the 2nd suite key... I'm so frustrated eventhough they gave me checked out late...( 3.00 p.m.) but its not fair because the rooms were not ready on time.....Read more

Classical setting.
1. Hot water will suddenly cut off. 2. Hand soap is empty, not filled up before the next guest enters the room.
Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and relaxing resort. Rooms clean, staff friendly and attentive, facilities superb, food options available. Food was great. No need to leave the resort.
