The team at Ban Sainai resort really made our stay unforgettable. They were always available to support and organised many activities for us which we really enjoyed. the hotel is stunning and very special, with nature surrounding it and making our stay memorable. rooms are clean and food is delicious. The staff went above and beyond prior, during and even after our stay. They were extremely polite and professional and catered to every need. The communication was top notch. They assisted with information during the planning portion of my trip prior to arriving and when I left something behind after checkout, they reached out to me and found a way to get it to me for the rest of my journey. Peaceful and relaxing, absolute paradise ,like staying in the jungle, staff are excellent, pool is amazing, we stayed in water bungalow, which had amazing bath looking onto the lake, plenty of bars restaurants and shops in walking distance, there is excellent restaurant called tee house jungle restaurant 5 min grab ride away which was amazing

Everything……room was spacious with the most amazing bathroom. Excellent view of the cliffs. The restaurant area was beautiful next to the pond where we were regularly visited by the resident monitor lizards
Only minor criticism was the gym got very warm but was in a great position overlooking the pool and cliffs
Pre stay messaging and arrival arrangements including an airport transfer were efficient. The hotel promotes many boat tours. Staff are all welcoming and helpful. The welcome drink and instructions to make the tea again at breakfast were appreciated. Thank you also to the chef for my surprise birthday cake!
