Everything was superb at the Bale Solah, incredibly helpful and amazing staff, impeccable service, luxurious rooms, cooking classes, a wide choice of food. All the activities they had was very good plus there beach club was very good. Tastefully done, very well kept, we had a good time, coming back next year Many thanks

Clean room and bed
Rude staff at check-in, very noisy environment (road crossing ++, mosque, school), water was yellow-ish and bathroom smelled damp. Had to change room because the first room had a locked balcony and dirty mirrors. Second room had humidity issues and bathroom sink was unusable.
The bed in the room was really comfortable and there is a lovely shower with hot water
The selection of food for dinner isn’t great
Outstanding place to enjoy beautiful Lombok! Me and my family (two kids, 10 & 13, plus husband) liked everything about this place. Clean, comfortable, and great pools. The staff are amazing and wanted to make sure everything was excellent. You must stay here. After 3 weeks travelling Bali and Lombok the food served here is the highest quality and the very best service. Some rooms may experience some scooter traffic noise but not enough to disturb your sleep. Other rooms are available towards the rear of the property.Read more
Beautiful hotel with incredibly sweet staff and an excellent breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend it. As other reviews have mentioned, the location isn’t close to major attractions, but it makes it also very tranquil and relaxing. The breakfast was good and the staff was really welcoming. The room was very clean and the pool was just in front of the room.
We had a king suite room, which was very close to the road. You really hear the cars and motorcycles even during the night. As a suggestion they should do something to minimize the noise like double glazing.
The garden and pool is beautiful
Claiming five stars for this place is borderline false marketing.
The room was modern, above standard - nice property at all.
The food (breakfast and the Italian) can definitely be improved (no taste at all) - no room cleaning.
